This is a full consultation based on the health questionnaire you complete prior to our meeting, your kidney filtration status, and our Zoom interview. Following this consultation, a personalized 90 day or 16 weeks healing plan will be created based on your unique needs and presented during a 30-minute follow-up session.

Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a full-body-system questionnaire. To ensure the highest level of support, I dedicate significant time to carefully studying and correlating my findings with your questionnaire responses and presenting concerns.

Please submit your completed questionnaire and iris photos at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to allow adequate time for preparation.
